Saturday, March 3, 2018, Project Linus Volunteer Blanketeers will meet at Valley Grange from 9 AM until noon… no sewing skills required! If you can measure, cut a straight line with scissors and tie a knot you can help make blankets for Project Linus! The material will be provided… it will be helpful if folks bring scissors, rulers, and masking tape. Students from FA will be joining us… and we are inviting quilting and sewing clubs to lend a hand. A similar event last year resulted in over thirty blankets to provide love, a sense of security, warmth, and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need. Contact Pat Engstrom at 564-8290 for more information.

Valley Grange Supports Veterans
Valley Grange supports our troops and veterans in several ways including the Garry Owens House, recently featured on WABI TV-5:
We are currently collecting personal care items (razors, shaving cream, etc.) for the shelter which, by design, receives no state or federal funding. If you’d like to help with a donation, please contact Mary Annis at 564-0820 or drop them off at a meeting. Thanks!
